It is with a very heavy heart that the Centennial Public School community mourns the loss of Izzy Snider who passed away on October 31st, 2022. Izzy was a student in Ms. Brown’s K3 class this year. 

Izzy will be missed for her free spirit and her bubbly personality. She was a confident, creative, and musical student who had many gifts and talents. 

Along with our school staff, members of the Board’s Critical Events Response Team have been on-site this week providing support to our students and staff. 

Flags at the Education Centre and the school will be lowered to half mast this week in Izzy’s honour.

Our thoughts are with Izzy’s family during this difficult time.
