WRDSB shared today that School Day is not functioning. See more info here. This means that students in Centennial PS (Cambridge) will not find out their teacher until they arrive Tuesday morning.

On Tuesday morning as bus students arrive, we will meet our kindergarten students and escort them to the Kindie area (Weaver Street) where the Kindie team will be waiting to receive them. Please consider putting a first name and last initial label on their person.

Bus students in grades 1 to 6 will walk around the school to the back field area where staff will be waiting. Siblings in grades 1 to 6 are encouraged to walk together as staff will have an alphabetical list of all students.

Walkers and students dropped off by car may arrive by 8:25am. This is when supervision begins and when our staff will be on the back field area to assist students in finding their teachers and classes. Homeroom staff will have signs with their names and staff with class lists will be helping students and families find their class.

Kindergarten walkers/cars are asked to proceed directly to the Kindie area on the Weaver Street side of the school where the Kindie team will be waiting for their arrival.
