Grade 6 Campers – enroute

Families of our Campers – the bus is loaded and the trip home has begun.  Keep your eye on our website for their expected arrival time.  Most of the campers are asleep on the bus – making for a quiet ride home for the adults onboard!

Grade 6 Campers Friday Morning

Campers began the morning with breakfast, followed by packing and cabin clean up.  Then time for a challenge:  fire building, sand castle building and canoe relays.  Time for a last minute swim, lunch and then they will load onto the bus for their return trip home.

Grade 6 Campers enjoy S’mores

Campers demonstrated awesome acting skills for the campfire skits last night.  They finished the evening off with s’mores for all.

We had a relaxing picnic lunch at the waterfront dock overlooking Lake Vernon today.

Coffee Day Continues at Centennial P.S.

Our Tim Horton’s Coffee Day has moved from Jacob Hespeler SS and is now set up in our front hallway.  Please visit the school to pick up your coffee.  All donations go to support the building of our new outdoor learning space.

Grade 6 have arrived safely to camp

Grade 6 students, parents and staff have arrived safely to camp.  They will have a fantastic time, and return to school on Friday afternoon.

The Bears are playing tennis!

Centennial Bears have been playing tennis and will do so again tomorrow!  Staff from the Hespeler Tennis Club have lead our students through 45 minutes of tennis playing in our gym today.  They return tomorrow to give the other half of our school the same opportunity.  Students have learned how to hold a racquet, how to […]
